Advance payment: The delivery period for digital products begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution and ends at the end of the last day of the period.
Other payment methods: With alternative payment methods, the delivery period for digital products begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.

Special regulation:

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a nationally recognized holiday at the delivery location, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

Programming and creation of individual services:

The delivery times for the programming and creation of individual prompts, EAs, bots and AI experts as well as the integration into websites can be found in the respective item descriptions or the individual progress payment plans.
Please note that payments with Bitcoin (BTC) require six confirmations on the blockchain. As long as there are no delays in the blockchain, delivery will occur immediately after confirmations are completed.
